How a matter of days can make changes for years

Over the years, we’ve realised there are skills and techniques that can be taught and tools that work in pretty much every context. We’ve finely tuned our workshops to get people thinking differently, provide a catalyst for change or to try us out. We’ve honed our coaching offering to provide high quality support to particular employee groups or those who need individual help across their careers.

Our workshops can be delivered for your team(s) in person or online and range from 90 minutes to half a day. They’re designed for between 10 and 20 participants. Our coaching programmes can be tailored to meet your companies’ needs and can be run for 10- 100+ employees.

Career Coaching

People need support at different points in their career and 1:1 coaching is the most effective.

We support people who are struggling with performance or lack of confidence. We also work with clients to help them identify and develop the skills they need for a new role. Increasingly we are working with coachees to develop their career plans, setting objectives for success and progression supported by their organisation.

Maternity/Parental Coaching

Organisations know that the parental transition can be a risk for their business. but it doesn’t have to be.

We have coached hundreds of parents since 2010 through this life changing period and know that parental and maternity coaching works. The parent is supported throughout to ensure they are engaged with their work, effective communicators and full of confidence. Managers feel ‘in the loop’, can communicate better and provide the right type of support to their teams.

Unpicking & Building
Resilience

You’ve either got it or you haven’t right? Wrong. But it doesn’t come naturally to everyone.

There’s no doubt though that for the workplaces of today, resilience is crucial.

Understanding how resilience works, where you find it easy and the areas where you don’t – plus vitally – how to build it, is what this workshop is all about.

Creating Future Leaders

Leadership needs to be learned, not earned. It’s a skill, not a reward.

We believe that starting early leads to better outcomes when employees move into leadership roles.

This workshop focuses on 4 key areas that we think are vital to developing a strong leadership style: Communication, Career Planning, Resilience and Self awareness.

Managing & influencing key stakeholders

Many mid-level managers are not effectively handling their stakeholders.

This leads to overwork, miscommunication, stress and burnout.

This workshop introduces the key elements of stakeholder management, some tools and an opportunity to practice some of them. We get great feedback and we deliver it regularly.

Unlocking Confidence

Understanding where confidence comes from and what can affect it is the starting point in this workshop.

What is ‘imposter syndrome’ and why are so many women, especially, affected by ‘the confidence trap’?

We explore the pitfalls, what individuals can do to build their confidence and what organisations can put in place to support them.

Managing Menopause at Work

Line managers need relevant training so that they are able to support women going through the menopause.  Training will:

  • Improve communication and enable ‘difficult’ conversations.
  • Help them understand the effects of the menopause.
  • Reduce stress for managers and upskill them to deal with this challenge.

Understanding Gen Z

Lazy, entitled and work shy? Or simply misunderstood? Either way, Gen Z represent 20% of the UK workforce.

Gen Z represent the most diverse generation yet with the most inclusive views and expectations.

We tackle who Gen Z are, what they want from the workplace and how you can get the best from them.

The hybrid working blueprint

The debate about where we work and getting the balance right rages on.

But who is measuring the success of flexibility or providing any training to managers on how to manage in a hybrid world?

This workshop focuses on outcomes, changing how teams work, examining what good looks like and determining what resources and behaviours are required.

"I learnt how to reframe things in a positive way, where I can ask for support and have a better understanding of my own resilience"

I learnt more about myself and how I'm perceived by others and have identified ways to approach things better depending on other people's communication style

The session helped me recognise the things that affect me and gave me solutions as well as an increased understanding of how other people experience a lack of confidence

I feel so much more confident today than I did two weeks ago, I can’t thank you enough for that

This was really useful to help me prioritise how i structure my time and manage internal and external clients. All the exercises were really useful and I’m planning to go through them with my team
